William Randall 'Randy' Holcomb

Graveside service for William Randall ‘Randy’ Holcomb will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Amber Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

William Randall ‘Randy’ Holcomb passed from this life on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at his home in Chickasha, OK at the age of 72. He was born on April 22, 1954 in Chickasha, OK to William Carl Holcomb and Patricia Inez (McClain) Holcomb.

Randy grew up in Chickasha, OK and attended Chickasha public schools. He graduated from Chickasha High School in 1972. Randy had three siblings, Jon Holcomb, Carla Holcomb, and Lisa Inez Novotny.

He attended LPN school in El Reno. He worked in the ER at Grady Memorial Hospital. He attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, in Chickasha, for a few semesters, then transferred to Oklahoma University, in Norman, OK, where he graduated from Pharmacy School in 1978.

Randy met his wife Brenda in 1977 and they married on July 21, 1978. Randy and Brenda moved to Poteau, OK after they married. They moved back to Chickasha, where Randy worked for the TG & Y Pharmacy for three years. After that time, they moved to Tulsa, OK for Randy to attend Medical School. Randy and Brenda lived in Tulsa, OK for 20 years, then moved back to Chickasha. They had their son, Ross, in 1996. They have lived in Chickasha for over 20 years in the same house.

Randy had a hobby of collecting comic books, which he did even as a boy. He loved his family dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Patricia Holcomb; his brother, Jon Holcomb.

Randy is survived by his wife, Brenda (Herrick) Holcomb; his son, William James Ross Holcomb; his sisters, Carla Holcomb & Lisa Inez Novotny; as well as many loved ones.
