Verna Kaye Payne passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020 in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 75. She was born November 7, 1945 in Vernal, Utah to Melvin and Verna (Sanders) Andrews.
Verna is survived by her daughters, Priscilla Jones and her husband, Steven; and Patricia Kaye Allen and her husband, Kenneth.
