Troy Brant Drury, Jr

October 2, 1967 - October 19, 2026

With heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of Brant, a cherished father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, who departed this world on October 19, 2026. Born on October 2, 1967, in Merced, California, Brant's life journey was marked by a spirit of adventure, resilience, and unwavering love for his family.

Brant was welcomed into the world by his parents, Troy Brant Drury and Kathy Ann Drury. As a child of an Army family, Brant's early years were spent in various locations, ultimately leading him to graduate from Smith Center High School in Smith Center, Kansas, in 1986. Following his schooling, Brant proudly served in the United States Army, where he specialized in helicopter repair, a testament to his dedication and skill. After receiving an honorable discharge, he settled in Minco, Oklahoma, a place that became his home for many years. It was in Minco that Brant met Tina Oliver, with whom he shared 22 years with raising their three children.

Brant began his career as a semi-truck driver in 1990, a path he pursued with dedication for 36 years. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brant was known for his love of the outdoors, whether floating down a river or perfecting the art of smoking BBQ meat, and if he was home on a Saturday, you would almost always catch him watching Oklahoma football. Home was where his heart truly laid, and he cherished the moments spent with his family, creating lasting memories.

Those who knew Brant will remember him as a steadfast and generous soul, always ready to lend a hand or take a risk for those he cared for. His reliability and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered.

Brant was predeceased by his father, Troy Brant Drury, and his beloved grandparents, Darrell and Verlie Jones, and Troy Laverne Drury and Betty Lou Cousyns.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Kathy Ann Drury, who resides in Chickasha, Oklahoma. His son Justin Drury of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, daughter Dylan and her husband Wes Moore of Reidsville, North Carolina, and daughter Taylor and her husband Spencer Hoover of Yukon, Oklahoma. Brant's legacy continues through his seven adored grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. Brant is also survived by his siblings, sister Jill and her husband Dean Haynes of Chickasha, Oklahoma, and brother Dewayne Drury of Stillwater, Oklahoma, his 2 nieces, and his nephew, each of whom shared a special bond with him.
