Tracy Dawnn Cox

Tracy Dawnn Cox, of Chickasha, OK, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 56.  She was born September 3, 1962 in Yukon, Oklahoma to Clint and Helen (Simer) Wartchow.

Tracy grew up in Yukon and graduated from Yukon High School.  She moved to Chickahsa after graduation in 1980.  She married Mark Cox on May 28, 1985.  She had worked for Pet Inc., and then for Delta Faucet and later she worked at Chickasha Walmart.

Tracy enjoyed life.  She was always friendly.  She liked meeting people and making friends with the Walmart customers as she worked the checkout line for 15 years.  She was a sun worshipper and loved her dogs, Harlie and Hershie.

We will miss her smile.  Tracy's favorite charity is the Children's Miracle Network.

She is preceded in death by her father, Clint Wartchow.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Mark Cox;

Her mother, Helen Wartchow;

Brothers: Martin Wartchow and Troy Wartchow;

Sisters:  Delana Noble, Davena Marx and Terry McGrew;

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
