Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 19, 2021at the First Baptist Church of Tuttle, OK. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle, OK. Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Thelma Doss of Tuttle, OK. passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 in Tuttle, Ok. at the age of 87. She was born on July 15, 1933 in Mountain View, OK.to Robert Steves and Emma (Fehrle) Steves. She married C.B. Doss Jr. on July 22, 1956 in Tuttle, OK.

Thelma was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Teacher. She taught Home Economics in Texas, Hydro, Verden, and Amber-Pocasset. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tuttle.

Next to her love for her Lord she loved her family often placing their needs before her own. She loved little children and showed that love by teaching Sunday school and helping her daughter at Preschool.

She showed her love for her grandchildren by attending many sports activities. She nurtured and cared for many babies in her church nursery. She sang in her church choir. She knitted hats for the homeless ministry. She served as a 4-H leader. She loved her flowers and gardening. She demonstrated a true servant's heart. She will be Greatly Missed.

She was preceded in death by her Husband: C.B. Doss Jr. Parents: Robert & Emma Steves, Sister: Marguerite Steves, Brother: Herbert Steves.

Thelma is survived by her Daughters: Kathryn Rene' Doss of the home. Roberta & Husband Alan Hinkle of Tuttle, OK. Son Jerome Doss of Tuttle, OK. Granddaughter: Magan & husband Justin Williams of Yukon, OK. Grandsons: Jeffrey Jackson of Oklahoma City, OK. Jacob Hinkle of Tuttle, OK. Great-grandson: Sunshine Williams
