Funeral service for Teresa Ann McWilliams of Chickasha, OK will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 7, 2017 at Full Gospel Church, Chickasha, OK.

Teresa Ann McWilliams was born September 6, 1963 in Oklahoma City, OK, the daughter of James and Wanda (Blacksher) Tinsley. She passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 53.

She grew up and has lived in Chickasha her entire life. She attended Chickasha schools. Teresa was a homemaker and enjoyed doing all kinds of crafts. She spent and devoted a lot of her time to the ministries of Full Gospel Church through their Sunday school as a teacher, the church pantry, as well as decorating for weddings and cleaning the church.

She is preceded in death by her father James Tinsley, infant sister Linda Arters and step-father Marion "Pinky" Thornburg.

Teresa is survived by her mother, Wanda Tinsley of Chickasha, OK;

Her children: Lacey Carpitcher and husband, Joshua, of Tecumseh, OK;

James McWilliams and wife, Candice, of Chickasha, OK;

Grandchildren: Eliana, Maliyah

Brothers: Gerald Thornburg and wife Lisa;

Danny Thornburg and wife Karen;

Timmy Thornburg and

Marvin Thornburg and wife Kathy, all of Chickasha, OK.
