Susan Marie Passamonte

Susan Marie Passamonte passed from this life on June 17, 2026 in Chickasha, OK at the age of 70. She was born on February 28, 1956 in Ruislip, England to Ronald Dombrowski and Sylivia (Smith) Castleberry.

Susan Passamonte was born on the Military Base in Ruslip, England. Her family moved to Oklahoma later in her life, and Susan graduated from Midwest City High School. She received her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma City University. Susan worked in the medical field as a registration clerk, and later worked in Hospital Administration until she retired. Susan had the gift of helping others in their time of need and truly loved helping people.

Susan was an active and engaged member of Holy Name Catholic Church. She was involved in the Catholic Daughters, and the children’s religious education program. She enjoyed caring for her mother. She loved her friends.

Susan will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Dombrowski.

She is survived by her mother, Syliva (Smith) Castleberry; her brother, Wade Dombrowski; her sister, Karen Dombrowski; her nephew, Chisolm Dombrowski and his wife, April; her grandniece, Laramie.

A Memorial service for Susan Passamonte will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lutheran Church in Chickasha, OK. The inurnment will be at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Cremation arrangements are with Sevier Funeral Home.
