Sidney L. Wolverton

Sidney Lee Wolverton (Neal), of Chickasha, OK, passed away on Thursday, June 4th, 2015 at the age of 60. Sidney left this earth to be greeted into the Kingdom of Heaven, by the loving arms of her parents. Sidney was born to parents Norma and Ira Neal on January 24th 1955 in Chickasha, OK. She grew up as the younger of two children and attended Chickasha High School, which she graduated from in 1973. Sidney worked for the Chickasha public school district for twenty years. In 1990, Sidney married Randie Wolverton. Sidney is survived by her husband Randie Woleverton of the home; her brother, Allen Neal of Chickasha, OK; her daughter, Sarah Scott-Miller, of the home; her step-daughter and son-in-law Melanie and Jeffery Kidd of Moore, OK; her step-son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Lisa Wolverton, of Chanute, KS; her niece Shannon Neal, of Oklahoma City, OK; her seven grandchildren; Kaylee, Olivia, Maddie, Kora, Bethany, Jolie and Dillon and one great grandchild, Kenzington. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, A.D. and Winnie Langford and her parents, Norma Lee Vaughn and Ira Leroy Neal. A Memorial service for Sidney will be held Wednesday, June 10th, 2015 at New Life Christian Church at 1 o'clock. Friends and family are invited to please attend the memorial, celebrating the life of Sidney Lee Wolverton. The family is grateful for the condolences and continued prayers and support. Revelation 21:4 ' He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.'
