Shirley Jean White

Shirley Jean White, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 85.  She was born January 22, 1932 in Wilburton, Oklahoma, to Ralph and Minnie (Norton) Smith.

She married Donald Eugene White on July 16, 1950 in Wilburton.  She had worked at Oklahoma National Bank (MidFirst) Bank, for more than 30 years, where she started as a teller and worked her way up to a loan officer.  She later worked at Pennys and Goodys in Chickasha.

Shirley is a member of College Heights Baptist Church in Chickasha.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Donald White on September 16, 1997.

Shirley is survived by her son, Jim White;

Granddaughter, Katie White;

Great grandchildren:  Olivia Gonzalez and Khai Ezugha;

Sister, Nancy Bain.
