Shirley Jean Bozarth

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Sevier Funeral Home Chapel, Tuttle, Oklahoma. Interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, Oklahoma following service under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Shirley Jean (Woodard) Bozarth was born July 25, 1945, in Midwest City, Oklahoma to Luther and Ida Woodard. She passed away on August 11, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

She lived in Tuttle for most of her life with her husband Bud where she enjoyed spending time with him and taking care of him in the last years of his life. Shirley had a big heart and always took care of those she loved around her. She was always asked to babysit children and she loved watching every child she was in charge of. She was quiet and didn't say much but she loved big. Some of Shirley's favorite things to do was crossword puzzles, Sudoku, and reading books. She always had to go through Starbucks when she was in the city with Marquita. Shirley loved her family dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther Ervin Woodard and Ida Louthelma (Vaughn) Woodard, husband, Bud Bozarth; 4 brothers, and 1 sister.

Shirley is survived by, two sons: Buddy Don Bozarth and Bobby Joe Bozarth; as well as ten grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Jimmy Woodard; and special friend, Marquita Byars; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
