Shirley Ann Barnard was born February 22, 1947 in Flint, Michigan to Arvel and Edna (Bailey) Ross. She passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 68.
Shirley has lived in the Amber area since 1991.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Betty Jean Irvine.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Gary Barnard;
Children: Melinda Johnston, Shelly Mia Periman, Gary H. Barnard, Jr.,
Tonya Pinkey Cuttrell, and Beth Wilkerson;
Stepdaughter, Katherine Hembrey
Sisters: Darleen Townzen and Carolyn Meredith
A brother, Tim David Ross;
And many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
