Graveside service for Sharon Adamek will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Laflin Creek Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Sharon Adamek was born on December 15, 1948 in Chickasha, OK to Harold and Joyce (Carr) Drennan. She passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at her home in Ninnekah, OK.

Sharon was raised in the Hawkins Community. She attended 1st through 12th grades at Alex Schools. Sharon worked for 43 years for Steve LaForge. She married Jim Adamek on March 20, 1982. They had two sons, Joey and Clay. Sharon enjoyed being active in all of her sons' activities. She loved camping and trips to the beach. She always had a book in her hand. Sharon was a member of Cowboy Country Church in Chickasha, OK. She was also a member of the Eagles Lodge #4070 in Chickasha, OK. Sharon never met a stranger.

She is preceded in death by her father, Harold Drennan, and her mother, Joyce Drennan True.

Sharon's loved ones left to remember her include, her husband, Jim Adamek of Ninnekah, OK; her sons, Joey Adamek of Dallas, TX, and Clay Adamek of Ninnekah, OK; sister, Jackie White of Ninnekah, OK; special family friend, Steve LaForge of Chickasha, OK; granddaughters, Bella and Katy; nephews, Eric, Kenny and Chris Dorman.
