Ruth Imogene Wilcox

Ruth Imogene Wilcox, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, June 7, 2019 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 88.  She was born January 30, 1931 in Lexington, Oklahoma to Troy and Florence Olivia (Shirey) Benton.

She married Fred Wilcox on October 27, 1952 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  She worked several years at Grace Living Center in Chickasha as a LPN.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Fred Wilcox on June 25, 1995.

Ruth is survived several nieces including:  Diane Hogue, Nancy Wright, Linda White and Elizabeth Hatley;

Many great nieces and nephews and special friend Shirley Nedra.
