Victor Ronald "Ron" Kinzinger, of Chickasha, OK, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019 in Chickasha at the age of 85. He was born on August 5, 1933 in Ferndale, Michigan, the son of Arthur Ward Kinzinger and Vera (Weaver) Kinzinger.
Mr. Kinzinger joined the United States Air Force in 1953 and served during the Korean Conflict. He retired from the Nowata Gardens Apartment Complex in 1989 where he worked in the maintenance department. Ron was a member of New Song Church of God in Chickasha for over 37 years where he was the Church pianist for 25 years. He played for numerous Churches in Michigan, Florida, Indianapolis and Oklahoma. Anyone would say that Ron's personality and boldness were unique. He was truly unforgettable and will be missed. He will not be forgotten.
Mr. Kinzinger was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Joy Rosemary Kinzinger, a son Eugene Kinzinger, 3 sisters and 6 brothers. He is the last of his siblings to pass.
He is survived by a son; Bob Kinzinger and wife Angela;
A daughter, Linda Kinzinger Pippin and husband Jackie Pippin;
5 grandchildren: Anita Newton, Angela Newton, Jeremy Kinzinger, Nick Kinzinger and Dustin Kinzinger;
2 great-grandchildren, Raegyn Newton and Nakyah Alexander;
Numerous nephews and nieces including one special niece, Katie Damron, and other family members and friends.
