Graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Chickasha, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Ricky Lee Peterman was born July 10, 1970 in Denton, TX to Pete Peterman and Sandra West Peterman. Ricky went home to Jesus on May 20, 2023. His happiest times were with his son Colton and his grandchildren, Ayson and Whitlee. He loved being with his family and friends, whether at the farm, riding during holidays, or just visiting. Ricky was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Cyril, OK.  He was a friend to all and never met a stranger. If you needed him to help he was there. He spent many days helping at the church to restore the fellowship hall. He loved the Lord and the Lord knew and loved Ricky.

Ricky is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Monroe "Bill" West and Hazel Bernice West; his paternal grandparents, Richard Peterman and Lula Belle Peterman; cousin, Melissa Ogburn.

Ricky is survived by his son, Colton and wife Phaedra Peterman; his grandchildren, Ayson and Whitlee; his Mom, Sandra West McClain and husband Jim McClain; his Dad, Pete Peterman and wife Ranell Madding; his sister Tracie Johnson and husband Tony; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.
