Rebecca Ann Drewry

Rebecca Ann Drewry, of Chickasha, OK, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 91.  She was born October 18, 1927 in Grady County, Oklahoma to Lester and Lula Elizabeth (Hood) Winstone.

Mrs. Drewry married Walter Drewry on February 6, 1946.  She first worked at Montgomery Wards of Chickasha and then for Motor Service Co. in Chickasha as a bookkeeper.  She then worked for the Grady County Treasure Office at the court house, Grady County Superintendent of Schools and the Ouchita Exploration.

She was a member of Baptist Church and she was a self-taught musician and pianist.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter Drewry on June 12, 2010;  a great grandson, Mason Chreene; and brothers: George Winstone, Otis Winstone and Robert Winstone.

Mrs. Drewry is survived by her children: Rita Cavin and her husband, Dick; and Alan Drewry;

Brother, Jerry Winstone and his wife, Pairlee;

Grandchildren: Bret Cavin, Seth Cavin and his wife, Erin; Allison Drewry, Aaron Drewry and his wife, Michelle; Annette Drewry, April Paxton and her husband, Eric;

Great grandchildren: Bryce Alan Drewry, Harley Chreene, Emma Drewry, Tyler Drewry, Brayden Drewry, Lillie Galindo, Elizabeth Cavin, Amelia Paxton, Vivian Cavin, Hank Cavin and Gunnar Paxton.
