Raymond Lee Lovelace

Graveside service for Raymond Lee Lovelace will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Raymond Lee Lovelace was born on August 23, 1942, in Braggs, OK to Henry and Maxine Lovelace. Raymond passed away at home on May 6, 2024, in Chickasha, OK, at the age of 81.

Ray was an honest, hardworking man, who loved his family. His grandchildren meant the world to him. Ray loved praying with his family. He was raised by his grandmother, Adelia Lovelace. Ray was pleased to discover his ancestry in Oklahoma as a First Families of the Twin Territories. Ray enjoyed his old Mustang and Crime Fighting . . .and his dog, Misty. He loved his wife, Jean, the most.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Maxine Lovelace; two brothers, Hank and Willie.

Ray is survived by his wife, Nora Jean (Berry) Lovelace; his son, Bill Lovelace and wife, Charlene, of Hulbert, OK; 2 grandchildren, Wesley Lovelace and Courtney Lovelace; great-great-grandchild, Paxton Lovelace; daughter, Kathy Tibbets; and brother, James Lovelace; as well as other loving family members.
