Raymond Allen Jantz

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, January 13, 2020 at the Plainview Mennonite Church.  Interment will be in the Plainview Mennonite Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Plainview Mennonite Church.

Raymond Allen Jantz, 75, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020 in Oklahoma City, OK.  He was born November 28, 1944 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Harry and Elizabeth (Redger) Jantz.

He married Rose Mary Nightingale on December 26, 1965.  He lived in the Chickasha area his entire life.  Raymond was a member of the Plainview Mennonite Church and was an ordained deacon.

Raymond farmed and raised cattle in the Chickasha area.  He had a great talent in construction with metal and wood.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Clifford Jantz.

Raymond is survived by his wife Rose Mary Jantz;

His children:  Ronda Unruh and her husband, Lester; and Jason Jantz and his wife Laura;

Grandchildren:  Gayla Unruh, Lianna Unruh, Derek Unruh and his wife, Brecken; Shawna Unruh, Natasha Unruh; Jessilyn Jantz, Heather Jantz, Wade Jantz and Kaylee Jantz;

4 sisters:  Dorothy Schmidt, Shirlene Zeiset, Phyllis Jantz and Bonita Jantz;

and a brother, Donald Jantz.
