Raymond Lynn Berry

Raymond L. Berry was born September 29, 1961, at Ramey Air Force Base, Puerto Rico, son of Jerald and Kaaren Berry, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022.

Raymond attended Hobbs Schools from first grade through his junior year. His family then relocated to Ninnekah, Oklahoma where he graduated from Ninnekah High School in 1979.

Raymond is survived by his son, Jake Ray Berry; a brother, Darrell Berry; his parents; niece, Destre Crawford; nephews, Shawn and Todd Berry; three great-nephews and one great-niece. Aunts and Uncles: Tommy and Sue Herring; Roy Don and Laury Mason; William and Karen Berry; and Nancy West; cousins: Warren, Joe, Dan, and Kathy Parker, Taisha Stone, Toby Herring, and Zachary Mason.

Raymond enjoyed watching all sports, fishing, and in his younger days racing dirt track late models, modifieds, and stock cars.

He is preceded in death by his younger brother, Jimmy Don Berry; nephew, Jason Berry; grandparents, Elzie and Leo Berry, and Dorothy and Leroy Mason.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Raymond Berry will be held Friday, April 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, Oklahoma.
