Phillip Wayne Hale, Sr.

Phillip Wayne Hale, Sr was born January 4, 1937 in Mesa, Arizona to Joseph Louis and Vera Wilma (Amerson) Hale.  He passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016 in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 79.

Phillip was raised in Amber, Oklahoma.  He served in the United States Army from March 1955 to March 1958.  He married Sylvia Cates on January 15, 1956 in Amber, Oklahoma.  After being discharged from the military, he and Sylvia lived in Amber.  He was a truck driver for 54 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 4 brothers.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Sylvia Hale, of Cyril, OK;
