Pat Tamplen

Patsy Ruth Tamplen, of Chickasha, OK, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018 in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 82.  She was born June 12, 1936 in Sherman, Texas to Robert and Louise Justice.

Pat married Jack Thomas Tamplen on October 4, 1959 in Sherman, Texas.  She had worked at McComas Truck Lines as a secretary and later worked at Oklahoma DHS where she retired.

She was an active member of Holy Name Catholic Church and was in the Alter Society, Catholic Daughters and the nursery.  Pat volunteered at the hospital for many years.  She was also very active in her grandchildren's and great grandchildren's lives.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Louise Justice; her husband, Jack Tamplen in 2015; sister and brother-in-law, Katherine and Dick White; brother-in-law, Leslie Barkhuff; brother-in-law, Maurice Batsell; brother, Robert Lisle Justice, Jr.; sister-in-law, Margaret Justice; sister and brother-in-law, Louise and Johnny Crichton.

Pat is survived by her children:
David Tamplen and his wife, Jane, of North Carolina;
James Tamplen and his wife, Martie, of Texas;
Kathey Warren of Chickasha, Oklahoma;
Matt Tamplen and his wife, Susan, of California;

Grandchildren: Glen Tamplen, Shembra Reed, Kevin and wife, Emily Tamplen; Alan Tamplen and wife, Natalie; Emily Deegear and husband, Michael; Taylor Moore and husband, Desric; Mandy Green and husband, Taylor; Justice Tamplen, Amanda Tamplen, Christopher Tamplen and Carson Tamplen;

Great Grandchildren: Axel Moore, Emma Deegear, Ivory Tamplen and Hunter Tamplen;

Brother, James Justice;

Sisters: Irene Barkhuff and Lavonne Batsell.
