Omalene Dove

Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at The Christian Center, Chickasha, OK.

Edna Omalene Dove, 81, of Pocasset, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 in Norman, Oklahoma.  She was born September 25, 1939 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Earl and Elizabeth (Grissom) Lee.

She married Larry Dove on May 27, 1960 and lived in California and later in Portland, Oregon.  While living in Oregon she worked for Hoody's Peanut Butter Company and Lewis Meat Packing Company.  She and her family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she lived for 25 years before moving to Pocasset 17 years ago.

She was a member of The Christian Center in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Omalene is survived by her husband, Larry Dove;

her children:  Brent Dove, David Dove and Dennis Dove;

grandchildren: Taylor, Sarah, Amanda, and Logan;

and great grandchildren: Thadeus, Pasley, and Ken.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, OK.
