Graveside service for Jean Lovelace will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Mercifully, The Lord came for Nora Jean Lovelace early in the morning of Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Jean Lovelace was a loving child of God, wife, and mother. She was born on November 7, 1945 in Walters, OK the daughter of Luther Allen Berry and Laura Nora Berry.

At the age of 16 she met and married Raymond Lee Lovelace. Jean and Ray settled in Chickasha, OK in 1970 and raised two children.

Jean had many talents and used them in different roles in the workplace. She was a Nurses Aid, Insurance Producer, Office Manager, Staffing Sales and Recruiting, Flower Shop Owner, the Court Clerk’s office and other places too. Wherever she worked, Jean prided herself on standing up for her co-workers and providing excellent service to her customers.

Jean had a love for life that included baking, gardening, arts and crafts, reading, and camping. She also loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Even in her final days, Jean was funny and positive and always unselfishly asking how was everybody else doing?

Jean and Ray shared a love like no other and they are undoubtedly thrilled to be reunited in Heaven with the Lord.
