Funeral services for Michael Lee Everwein, of Chickasha, OK will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, February, 10, 2015 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Michael Lee Everwein was born February 19, 1972 in Peoria, Illinois. He died Saturday, February 7, 2015 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 42. He and Nancy Irene Blalock were married May 24, 2008 in Chickasha. He was a welder in the oilfield. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Lee Everwein; paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather; and an infant brother-in-law and infant sister-in-law. Michael is survived by his wife, Nancy Everwein of the home One son, Michael James Anthony Everwein of the home. One daughter, Sarah Irene Rose Everwein of the home. Parents, Linda and Tony Scannell of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Two brothers, James Everwein of Chickasha, Oklahoma and David Moore of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Grandmother, Irene Sigl of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Mother and father-in-law, LaVon and James Blalock of Chickasha, Oklahoma. Several brothers and sister-in-laws, five nieces and one nephew. Interment will be in the Laverty Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
