Louise Bowers

Lonie Louise Bowers, age 61, of Tuttle, OK, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019.

She was born on June 29, 1958 in Charleston, SC the daughter of Harry C. and Lonie Nell (Strickland) Howery.

Caring for others was a way of life for Louise.  She was strong and selfless, and dedicated her life to raising her four sons and always put her family and others before herself.  Louise never knew a stranger, treating every person she met as a friend she touched the lives of so many.

Her hobbies included reading, painting, drawing and crocheting and she loved sharing her crafts with her friends and family; especially her grandchildren.  Louise was also a great piano player; often surrounding everyone with the warmth of music at family gatherings.

Survivors include her four beloved sons, Aaron Bowers, Shane Bowers and his wife Shannon; Shaun Bowers and his wife Jessica; and Shea Bowers; mother, Nell Howery; sister, Shelly Dalla Rosa; brother, Harry Howery; eight dearly loved grandchildren, Jaidon, Zachary, Peyton, Haley, Emily, Cashton, Colton, and Sadie Bowers.  She was preceded in death by her father.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2019 at Sevier Funeral Home in Tuttle, OK.
