Lisa Dean Wenzel

Lisa Dean Wenzel was born on February 29, 1964 in Chickasha, OK, the daughter of Wayne Seward and Carolyn (Hammons) Young. She died on December 9th, 2015 in Chickasha, OK.

She graduated school from Oakwood High School in Oakwood, Texas in 1982. She attended Chickasha Cosmetology and graduated in 1984.

She married Terry Wenzel on March 16th, 1984. They began raising a family with their only daughter, Erica, born in 1993.

Her hobbies included going to rodeos, which she followed her favorite Stock Contractor Rafter D Rodeo, watching team roping and watching her daughter play softball. She also enjoyed attending concerts, which included her daughter surprising her by taking her to George Strait's Final Tour Stop in Arlington, Texas on June 7th, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne Seward and Carolyn Young; her grandparents, Herb and Dean Hammons and R.A. and Belle Seward.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Terry of the home
Her daughter, Erica also of the home

Step-father, Rusty Young of Chickasha, OK
3 half-sisters: Janice Pernell, Crystal Kanatzar and Tammy Lawson

One special cousin, Karen Duerr-Pendleton.

Also numerous family members that she dearly loved.

Also survived by two special friends, Connie Turner and Rita Mayall and her two favorite Aspire Hospice nurses, Kolisha and Heather.
