Kathy Ann Harris

Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the Sevier Funeral Home Chapel, Chickasha, OK. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Kathy Ann Harris, of Chickasha, OK, passed away on December 21, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 69. She was born June 17, 1952 in Marysville, California to John Carpenter and Katherine (Munsey) Pendleton.

Kathy married Clyde Harris in 1971 in Middleburg Ok. They were married for 50 wonderful years. They have 2 children, 7 grandkids, 6 great grandkids with one on the way in May plus one bonus grandchild. Kathy participated in a bowling league as well as softball and loved it and all the friends she made. Kathy truly loved life and everyone in it. She gave the very best compliments and poured her love into everyone. If you knew her you were blessed. She was so proud of her kids and grandkids and let them know it. She will be truly missed but will no longer suffer in pain.

She is preceded in death by both her parents; sister, Ruby Albright; sister, Betty Alders; and brother, Roy Carpenter.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Clyde Harris; son, Clyde "Skeeter" Harris and wife LaVonda; daughter, Stephanie Snyder and husband Lance; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren with another on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
