Judith Ellen (Brown) Milligan was born on October 16, 1945 in Bessemer, Michigan the daughter of Edward and Mildred Brown. She died Friday, March 4, 2016 in Tuttle, Oklahoma.
She graduated from Bergland High School in Michigan in 1963. Also in Bergland Judy married the love of her life, Glenn Douglas Milligan, on February 14, 1970. She had two children, Troy Edward and Megan Suzanne.
Judy devoted herself to being a wife, mother and homemaker for her family. Throughout the years, she made homes for the family in Casa Grande, AZ, Tuttle, Ok., Las Vegas, NV, and in the year 2000 she settled into retirement with Glenn back in Tuttle.
Judy was very skilled in a variety of arts and crafts, including oil painting, figurine painting and decorating, decoupage, embroidery, making latch-hook rugs and crocheting. Crocheting and sewing were her favorite handiwork. She made many baby clothes, sweaters, stuffed animals and afghans. She won numerous ribbons, including first-place and grand champion ribbons at the Grady County Oklahoma Fair, the Clark County NV Fair and the Oklahoma State Fair.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Nancy Harris Glassner and brother Terry Brown.

Her husband Glenn, son Troy and daughter Megan.
Also by her sisters Helen Brown Davidson and Mary Brown Burgess, Twin brother Joe Brown and many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and other family.
The family gives their thanks to all the doctors, nurses and other health care professionals who cared for Judy later in life. Special thanks go to the staff of the Tuttle Care Center for their loving care of Judy as her life drew to a close.
She was a good friend and good neighbor to all who met her, and she well be missed by many.
