Joyce Richardson

Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, OK.

Joyce Fern Richardson, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 in Chickasha at the age of 80.  She was born September 6, 1940 in Hinton, Oklahoma to Clarence and Ila (Cornelius) Lowery.

Joyce has lived in Chickasha most of her life and married Bennie Eugene "Gene" Richardson on October 4, 1957.  She had worked at the Head Start in Chickasha for over 30 years and in 2001 she started working at Lincoln School in the cafeteria where she was still working.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ila Lowery; her husband Gene Richardson on February 16, 2001; a great grandson James Hillbolt and 3 brothers.

Joyce is survived by her children: Rickey Richardson, Kathy Parker and Rhonda Moore;

Brother, Clarence Lowery,

Sisters: Lila Munn and Bertha Gamber;

4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Chickasha, OK.
