Jimmie Louise Goucher

Jimmie Louise Goucher , of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 in Chickasha at the age of 89.  She was born October 21, 1927 in Wirt, Oklahoma to Jim and Iva Pearl (Warden) Brackeen.

Jimmie married Virgil Goucher on October 29, 1963 in Anadarko, Oklahoma.  She had been a beautician since 1956.  She had also worked at Walmart in Chickasha for a number of years.  She had also drove trucks with her husband.

She loved her family gatherings and loved cooking for her family for the holidays.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Virgil Goucher on July 31, 2017; 2 sons, James "Shorty" Powell and Tommy Powell; Grandson, James Lance Powell; and sister, Marie Igo and an infant sister.

Jimmie is survived by daughter-in-law, Patricia Powell;

Grandsons: Tommy and Stephen Powell; Chad and Brandon Powell;

3 Stepsons:  Roy Goucher and his wife, Rose;
Kenneth Goucher and his wife, Barbara;
and John Goucher and his wife, Pat;

Nephew, Earl Chandler;

Niece, Debbie Bryant

Many other Grand and Great Grand and Great-Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and many friends who admired her.
