Jeanine Polson

Monnie Jeanine Polson was born December 2, 1958 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Harold Dean Johnson and Nona Jean (Dragus) Hansen. She passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017 in her home in Tuttle, Oklahoma at the age of 58.

Jeanine grew up in South Oklahoma City and moved to Tuttle in 1975.  She graduated from Tuttle High School in 1977.  She married Ricky Don Polson June 8, 1978 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and they made their home in Tuttle.

She worked at Bell Telephone, Hobby Lobby Warehouse, and drove a truck cross country with her husband for 10 years.  She was currently working at the Newcastle Casino in the gift shop.

Jeanine was very crafty, a great cook and she enjoyed tending to her animals.  She also greatly enjoyed her grandchildren and attending all her children and grandchildren sports activities.

She was a second mom to many of her children's friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold Johnson and Nona Hansen.

Jeanine is survived by her husband, Rick Polson, of Tuttle, OK;

Children: Dwight Polson and wife Kristen of Mustang, OK;

Angela Moore of Chickasha, OK;

Daniel Polson and wife Tabitha of Amber, OK;

Grandchildren:  Cedar, Magnolia, Cypress, Samantha, Rowan, Jordan, Addison and Payslee;

Sister, Jana Galpin and husband Steve of Mustang, OK;

Brothers:  Jerry Johnson of Oklahoma City, OK;

Dennis Hansen and wife Nancy of Yukon,OK.
