Funeral services for Jaxson Blake Stephens will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2019 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home, 702 W. Chickasha Ave., with Dr. Bryan Haynes officiating.

Family will receive guests at Sevier Funeral Home on Monday evening, Aug. 19 from 5-7 p.m.

Jaxson Blake Stephens, infant son of Breanna Buckner and Jonathan Stephens, was born July 2, 2019, six weeks before his due date, at Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City and passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 in Chickasha.

Jaxson is survived by his parents, mother Breanna Buckner and father Jonathan Stephens; grandparents: Donna Buckner; Valerie & Kevin Cochell; Anthony Stephens & Heather Calera; Tommy & Tracie Lee; great grandparents: Tommy and Linda Lee; aunts and uncles: Allison Buckner, Charles Stephens, Jerrica Joles and Madison Morris; great aunts and uncles: Kathy & Dan Snodgrass; Brad Buckner, Frankie & A.D. Mims, Michael Lee & Brandy Trammell and Rocky & Caitlin Lee; his cousins and best pals: Bryson Buckner, Anna Stephens, Joshua Joles, Rylan Joles, Tegan Nunez and Tristin Dutton and a host of other loved ones and friends.

He is preceded in death by his great grandparents and many other family members.

Following the service, interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha, next to his great grandparents Donny and Stella Buckner.

An account, Jaxson Stephens Funeral Expense, has been established at Simmons Bank, 500 W Grand in Chickasha to help offset expenses. Donations may also be directly to Sevier Funeral Home.
