James Daniel "Danny Boy" Robinett was born on November 27, 1979 to Danny and Debbie Robinett in Oklahoma City. He unexpectedly passed away on Sunday April 23, 2017 at the age of 37.
Danny was the youngest of three rowdy boys and was well known for his outgoing personality, heart of gold and infectious smile. Danny was a light in this world. He was a unique glimpse of how our Father God sees us and loves us, for Danny loved unconditionally, expecting nothing in return. He was a friend to many and would drop everything to help a friend or stranger in need. He grew up in Tuttle, Oklahoma and graduated Tuttle High School in 1999. Growing up, Danny enjoyed playing sports, going to the lake with his family and friends and many other outdoor activities. He was an avid Thunder fan and loved the OSU cowboys. However, his most precious time spent was with his son Lake. Danny was a very involved father and loved introducing his son to all the people and activities he loved. He attended college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and South West Missouri State University. To remain close to his son, Danny made his home in Springfield, Missouri and was currently employed by the Westrock Co.
Danny is survived by one son, Lake Robinett of Bolivar, MO; Parents Danny and Debbie Wood Robinett of Tuttle, OK; Two brothers, Kyle and wife Aimee of Tuttle, OK and Justin Robinett of Oklahoma City, OK. Two nieces, Shelbi and Kylee Robinett both of Tuttle, OK. One grandmother Alma Lee Johnson of Tuttle, OK and one grandfather Billy Warren Robinett also of Tuttle, OK.
