Holly Kasumi (Young) Van Order

Memorial services for Holly Van Order will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Sevier Funeral Home in Chickasha under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Holly Van Order, 38, passed away suddenly on December 10, 2022 at home in Chickasha, Oklahoma.  Holly was born on January 27, 1984 to Arthur and Susan (Wages) Young in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Holly grew up and attended school in both Oklahoma and Texas and graduated from Minco High School.  During childhood she was in Brownies and was an active Girl Scout in Central Texas.  She was active in choir in middle school and had a lifelong love of popular boy bands like NSYNC, Backstreet Boys and most recently, BTS.  She most enjoyed spending time at home with family: playing games, listening to music, watching movies, and baking cookies.  During her time in Oklahoma City, she also loved attending live music events, sports games, and comedy shows.

She is preceded in death by her father, Arthur Young Jr.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather Susan and Brent Dupin of Cedar Park, Texas; her husband Justin Van Order and son Ellis Van Order of Chickasha, Oklahoma; sister and brother-in-law April and Reese Travis of Cedar Park, Texas; brother and sister-in-law Ward and Mandy Young of Oklahoma City, OK; sister Gina Dupin of Bastrop, Texas; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
