Grant Nelson

Aubrey "Grant" Nelson, of Chickasha, OK, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in Seminole, OK at the age of 73. He was born May 11, 1948, in Chickasha, OK, to Aubrey Leo Nelson and Colleen June (Robinson) Nelson.

Grant enjoyed remote control cars, tractors, and airplanes. He loved racing cars, motorcycles, ATVs, and traveling. He liked shooting and collecting guns. Grant also enjoyed collecting watches and Hot Wheels. Grant loved being around family and having get-togethers. He loved old muscle cars and drag racing. Grant loved his wife Mary Ann Nelson, they loved going on motorcycle trips riding with the Patriot Guard who are some of their closest friends and basically family.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Grant is survived by his wife, Mary Nelson of Tuttle, OK; son, Kelly Nelson, and wife, Tracy of Tuttle, OK; daughter, Annie DiAgostino and husband, Carlo of Qatar; brother, John Nelson; sister, Judy Allen; and stepson, Brian Hurst and wife Samantha, of Blanchard, OK; as well as 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
