Georgia Ruth Mitchell Ratliff King

Georgia Ruth Mitchell Ratliff King, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019 in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 94.  She was born March 29, 1925 in Blanchard, Oklahoma to Bonnie (Wilkins) Mitchell and Jack Mitchell.

She graduated High School in Dibble, OK and later married William Ratliff on March 24, 1943 in Chickasha, OK.  She owned and operated DX station from 1952 until 1979.  She retired from Delta Faucet after working from 1983 until 1992. She was also on several bowling teams and leagues since the 1970's.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Bonnie Mitchell, brothers, Bill and Jeff Mitchell, one daughter-in-law Judy Ratliff, 2 great-granddaughters Brittany Nicole Luther and Angel LaDawn Ratliff, her first husband William Ratliff, her second husband Melvin King, a grandson David Ratliff.

Georgia is survived by sons:  Larry Ratliff and wife Marge of OKC, OK;

Wayne Ratliff Chickasha, OK; and Alvin Ratliff and wife Pam Chickasha, OK;

Brother, Vernon Mitchell and wife Betty, Blanchard, OK;

Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and other family members and friends.
