Gay Cape Harman

Gay Cape Harman was born September 3, 1942 in Chickasha, OK to Dorothy Culbertson and Floyd Cape. She died February 16, 2017 at her home in Chickasha, OK at the age of 74.

Gay attended Calvary Baptist Church. She was a devoted mother and Grannie who enjoyed gardening, baking homemade cakes, being active in her children's lives as well as attending her grandchildren's sporting events.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sons Bobby Ray and Jeffrey Allen and a great-granddaughter Elise Sikes.

She is survived by daughters Kim and Ronnie Smith of Lindsay, OK, Kathy Sikes of Iowa, Kelly and Stanley Wilson of Lindsay, OK, Karen and Greg Crowder of Chickasha; son Curtis Sikes of Indiana; 14 grandchildren: Eric Mattson, Tara Swartz, Shayla Trammell, Shelbie Crowder, Aaron Smith, Zach Schmidt, Zevan Schmidt, Shane Crowder, Caleb Crowder, Payton Crowder, Keelie Crowder, Daniel Sikes, Louis Sikes, Brianne Gregory; great-grandchildren: Carson, Joclyn, Connor, Alexis, Ryder, Hadley, Ava, Raelyn, Tate, Bria, Austin, Lucas, Cameron, Levi, Malachi, Marcus, Mason and Marius; 3 sisters, Betty Hackney, Jean Sells, Carol Merchant; two brothers Eddie Cape and Jerry Cape; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
