Everett Marshall Chambers

Everett Marshall Chambers was born August 15, 1921 in Booneville, Arkansas to Ruben Carroll and Violet Elizabeth (Yarborough) Chambers.  He passed away on Friday, August 21, 2016 in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 94.

Marshall and his family moved to the Laverty Community in 1933.  He served in the U.S. Army entering the military in 1942.  He was involved in many campaigns in Europe serving under General George Patton.

He married Viola Willard on September 4, 1948 in Chickasha.  He worked for Northwest Grade School as head custodian and then worked for USAO.

Marshall attended Sharon Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his wife Viola R. Chambers in 1999.

Marshall is survived by many nieces and nephews which includes:

Wayne and Susan Chambers; Martha Jane Hack, Carol Jo Freeman, Frances Rogers and Alice Miracle.
