Evelyn Annette Smith was born January 29, 1951 in Corcoran, California to Wayne and Dolly Evelyn (McCleod) Goldsmith. She passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at her home near Chickasha, OK, at the age of 62. Annette lived most of her life in California and in 2001 she moved to Chickasha. Annette is survived by her mother, Dolly Goldsmith of Chickasha, OK; 3 sisters: Sybil Nichols of Amber, OK; Linda Stone of South Carolina; and Debbie Barber of Placeville; a brother, Robert Goldsmith of Chickahsa, OK; and many nieces and nephews.
