Elizabeth Ann Taylor, 88, of Newalla, OK passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, April 11, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Elizabeth Ann (Slocumb) Taylor was born on October 11, 1937 in Hamilton, GA to Tyler and Ava Slocumb.

Ann is survived by her brother, Tyler and Ovana Slocumb of Albuquerque, NM; her sister, Sandra and Ron Dickson of Crowley, TX; her daughters, Janice Taylor of Newalla, OK, Laurie and Paul Berry of Luther, OK, and Dana Taylor of Guthrie; her grandchildren, Melissa Brand, of Moore, OK, Eric and Tausha Anderson of Tecumseh, OK, Jeremiah and Heather Adams of Salado, TX, Jordan Adams of Port Aransas, TX, Jamie Adams of Salt Lake City, UT, Jason Adams of Corpus Christi, TX, Nick and Paige O’Connell of Guthrie, OK; 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, grand- and great-grand nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Taylor and her parents, Tyler and Ava Slocumb.

Ann was an obstetrics nurse for 40 years. She loved her family and really enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Graveside service for Ann Taylor will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Ann will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Eddie, at Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
