Edwin "Ed" C. Looney

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2020 at the College Heights Baptist Church, Chickasha, OK.

Edwin Clay Looney, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020 in Chickasha at the age of 83.  He was born September 14, 1937 in Ninnekah, Oklahoma to Willard Clay and Lucille G. (Fitzgerald) Looney.

Ed married Janell Ferrell on June 10, 1961 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

He worked for Chickasha John Deere, Lawton Harby House where he built residential homes, Gerdes Dr. Pepper in Chickasha and in 1963 he worked for Moss John Deere in Minco where he was a mechanic foreman.  He retired from Standridge Implement.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Ed is survived by his wife, Janell Looney;

Daughter, Cindy King;Grandchildren: Brandie and husband, Jeremy; and Kasey and husband, Scotty;

Great grandchildren: Christopher, Noah and Lennon;

Sisters: Mary Jensen, and Donna Rahija and husband Wayne;

and countless other family members.

Interment will be in Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, OK.
