Donald Lee Shatwell

Donald Lee Shatwell passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 in his home in Tuttle, OK at the age of 82. He was born On August 29, 1941 in Eufaula, OK, to Ben and Belle Shatwell.

Graveside service for Donald will be Friday, March 22, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Donald loved to fish and to hunt. He enjoyed going to the casino with his partner in crime. He was a loving, gentle, man. Donald was a hard worker. Having no children of his own, he loved his nieces and nephews dearly. Donald loved playing cards and dominos and he loved his brothers and brothers-in-laws very much. His dogs, Gizmo and Buddy were his best friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (Challis) Shatwell; his parents, Ben Shatwell and Belle (Stubblefield) Shatwell; his 3 brothers; and his 5 sisters.

Donald is survived by his brother, Billy Shatwell and wife Geraline of Moore, OK; his sister, Afagean Flood of Eufaula, OK; as well as his nieces and nephews. Also a special thanks to his caretaker Susan and Legacy Hospice.
