Donald H. Dick, Sr . was born December 14, 1929 in Hominy, Oklahoma. He was the son of Leon Campbell Dick and Nettie Francis Lemmons. He passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in Tuttle, Oklahoma at the age of 86 years.
He married the love of his life, Mary Louise Parsons on May 10, 1955 at Nowata, Oklahoma and spent 61 years together. They moved to Yukon and later moved to Tuttle where they have lived for over 30 years.
Donald had worked as a truck driver for C&H Trucking and then Leeway motor freight where he retired. He owned and operated heavy equipment which he enjoyed doing in his spare time. He loved fishing and being with his grandkids, and in his younger days, he enjoyed bull riding.
Donald was a member of Yukon Masonic Lodge # 90 and master mason, he attended Woodland Hills Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Charles and Paul Dick; sisters: Velma Harvey, Ruth Hill, Margaret Smith and Nadine Sue.

Daughter, Donna Byrd and husband Richard of Tuttle;
Son, Donald Dick, Jr. and wife Lucy of Tuttle;
Sisters: Leona Hogue and Lillian Crisp of Nowata;
Brothers: Joe Dick of south Coffeyville; and John Dick of Bartlesville;
Grandchildren:
Branson Byrd and wife Whitney; Donald Dick III (Trey), Brittany Allred and her husband, Kaleb; Braeden Byrd, Braxton Byrd;
Great grandchild, Bexley Byrd.
Step grandchildren, Chella Alarid and Amber Byrd;
Step great grandchild, Raechel Alarid and Nevaeh Barrett
