Don Wayne Lail

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Full Gospel Church.  Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, OK.

Don Wayne Lail, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 66.  He was born December 6, 1952 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Steve Lail and Lily (Tullus) Lail-Bomesburger.

Don grew up in Chickasha and married Peggy Ward on January 30, 1971.  He was a truck driver for Braums and A. Passmore and retired at the age of 63.

He enjoyed coyote hunting and he played a mean game of pool.  Don loved spending time with his kids and nothing made him smile like being around his grandbabies.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Lail; a son, Donald Lail; father, Steve Lail; mother, Lily Bomesburger; stepfather, Claude Bomesburger; brother Junior Lail; and sisters Christine Lail, Flossie Mead and Claudia Ann Jackson.

Don is survived by his son, Roy "Donnie" Lail of Norman, OK;

Daughters:  Kelly Lail and wife Jennifer, of Duncan, OK;and Shawna Lail-Rice of Chickasha, OK;

Grandchildren:  Roya Lail, Peggy Faye Lail, Kenleigh Rice, Mariah DeJesus, Brooklynne Robinson, Brecken Hansen, Mallory Hansen and Bostyn Lail;

Great grandchildren: Berkleigh Jolley, Matthew Boone Jolley, and Bayleigh Jolley;

Brother, Buck Lail and wife Suzanne of Blanchard, OK;

And nephews and nieces including Brian Buchanan.
