Darryl Wade Bishop

Darryl Wade Bishop passed away on January 6, 2023, in Cement, Oklahoma. He was born on March 12, 1963, in California. He lived in California for 30 years then, moved to Oklahoma where he settled in Verden. He then moved to Cement, and it was there that he met the love of his life Wendy Ward. They got married on August 25, 2017. They spent 7 wonderful years loving each other.

Darryl was a hard worker and a big family man. He owned Bishop Plumbing, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren. His favorite holiday was The Fourth of July. He loved shooting off fireworks and watching the beautiful colors dance in the sky.

He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Cleatha Bishop (Davis); his sister, Patricia Bishop "Sissy"; his aunt, Kaylan Bishop; his daughter, Shanae Bishop.

He is survived by his loving wife Wendy Bishop (Ward); his children Chrissa Custer, Brian Bishop, Kaylan Bishop, Brittany Standing, Roy ward, Jacob Ward, and Katelynn Morris; his 25 precious grandchildren; his siblings David Bishop, Betty Bishop and Rick Bishop; his mother-in-law Lily Ward and father-in-law Barry Thompson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
