Danny Ray Lane was born the son of Sye Ernest Lane and June Tunnell Lane on December 21, 1958 in Borger, Texas. He died on October 15, 2018 at home, at the age of 59, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
Danny grew up and attended school in Elk City, Oklahoma which was where he met his wife, Rebecca Pena. There were three children born to this union Jason Lane, Sr., Matthew Lane and Sara Lane. Danny worked for Unit Drilling for 15 years. His hobbies included fishing, camping, spending time with his grandchildren and listening to music. He loved his family more than anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister and daughter, Sara Lane.
Survivors include sons Jason and Matthew and grandchildren, Raigan Lane Williams, Jason Jr., Lauren, Jacob, Dillia, Romero, Victoria, Matteynn and Kayden Pena.
