Constance Ann Yandell was born on February 18, 1951 in Lovington, New Mexico to Gene Day and Eufa (Holloway) Day. She passed away on Monday, January 16, 2017 in her home in Cement, Oklahoma at the age of 65.
At six years old Connie and her family moved to Venezuela for her father's pursuits in the oilfield industry. In 1964 the family moved to Cement where she was active in basketball throughout high school. In the early 1970's she and her new son Jeff moved to the beach in south Texas where she met the love of her life, Larry Yandell. In 1975 the three moved back to Cement. Connie and Larry were married on May 20, 1978. On October 18, 1980 she and Larry brought a beautiful baby girl named Kodi into the world. Soon after they built a home northeast of Cement where they raised their two children.
Connie was proud to have worked many years as a field superintendent, alongside predominately male co-workers, in the natural gas pipeline transport industry for Transok Pipeline Company.
She is preceded in death by her parents Gene and Eufa, and lost her husband Larry who passed in 1991.
She is survived by children:

Kodi McLane and husband Michael McLane of Anadarko, OK;
Grandchildren: Myles Glass and Mya Glass of Norman, OK;
Fletcher McLane of Anadarko, OK;
Siblings: James Don Day of Meade, OK;
Michael Day and wife Tammy Day of Cement, OK;
Bobbie Pierce and Kenneth Burt of Kingston, OK;
Countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
