Cletha Leona Jantz, 85, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021 at her home in Chickasha. She was born June 20, 1935 in Verden, Oklahoma to Carl and Leona Irene (Jones) Smith.

She is preceded in death by her husband Elmer Jantz, Jr.; infant daughter Edyth Leona; and a son Elmer "Buddy" Jantz, Jr.

Cletha is survived by her sons, Michael Jantz of Pineville, MO; and Carl Jantz of Chickasha, OK;

brothers: Wesley Smith of Ninnekah, OK; and Ira Smith of Enid, OK;

sisters: Olline Smith of Las Vegas, NV; and Paula Cederburg of Las Vegas, NV.

Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, OK.
