Clarence Gail Thorsen was born November 27, 1934 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Carvin Halbert and Alma Elizabeth (Drewry) Thorsen. He passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at his home in Chickasha at the age of 80.
Gail had lived in Chickasha practically all his life other than a short period in Oklahoma City, OK. He served as Director of Finance at USAO before retiring in 1996. He had received a Bachelor's degree and his Master's from the University of Central Oklahoma. He served in the United States Air Force and went through pilots training.
He married Beverly Bea Mays on December 23, 1965 in Edmond, Oklahoma.
He was a member of the First Lutheran Church and the Chickasha Lions Club.
Gail is preceded in death by his parents.
Gail is survived by his wife, Beverly Thorsen
A sister, Annetta Brown and her husband, Larry
Cousin, Lloyd Thorsen, Jr and his wife, Carolyn
An aunt, Dorothea Thorsen
And several nieces and nephews.
