Carter Dain Costine was born September 4, 1946 in Sayre, Oklahoma to David and Irene (Nuss) Costine. He passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017 at his home in Tuttle, OK.
Mr. Costine had served in the United States Navy for 26 years. He enlisted in June of 1965 and discharge October of 1991.
He is survived by his wife, Ji Qun Peng, of Tuttle, OK;
Children: Theresa Browning and her husband, Jeff of Logan, UT;
Terry Costine of Newton, MA;
Grandson, Christopher Browningof Logan, UT;
Sisters: Norma Jo Silberburg of Washington;
Valerie Owens of Yukon, OK.
There will be no services.
